Economical solution for low-output requirements

You have small batches of powdery products (flour, starch, baking ingredients, or similar) to be packaged and want it to be done in a precise automatic way?

With our BOH packing system you get the proper solution. We developed it especially for packing companies not needing fully automatic machines with automatic empty bag application and full bag dicharge, but insisting nonetheless on the clean and weight-accurate filling of their products.

The BOH filling system is an economic, simple-to-operate, manual packing system for pre-fabricated open-mouth flat and gusseted bags made of paper, PE, PP or material combinations and is based on the well proven modules of our fully automatic systems.

Advantages:

product-adapted, gentle filling of food and pet food according to the gross or net filling principle
clean bag handling thanks to the reliable hexagonal filling spout
external bag closing either by sewing, folding, welding and/or hot-melt-activating
simple later upgrading due the corresponding standard design of the basic model

Machine output:

up to 150 bags per hour with filling weights of 10 - 25 kg
