The FFS system forms bags from an endless gusseted tubular film, fills and seals them - rationally, automatically, precisely, ecologically, safely and inexpensively.

The results are compactly filled block-shaped bags that can be stacked onto pallets easily - especially thanks to the optionally integrated corner welding device that seals the gussets diagonally. The bag bottoms are perfecly formed.

up to 500 bags per hour (net variant)
up to 300 bags per hour (gross variant)

FFS BETA
up to 800 bags per hour

FFS GAMMA
up to 1,200 bags per hour

FFS DELTA
up to 1,800 bags per hour
